@ACSnewsfeed Set a direct message to this channel. I was told 20 days SLA 3 weeks ago. Yet, there is no response to my emails. Today, I was told to expect a response in 48 hours. It's frustrating to see that I have to follow up multiple times for a defined refund policy in the official portal

@ACSnewsfeed Can you please address my refund request for positive skill assessment appeal with reference ID A-449819? I've received no response or acknowledgment to my emails/calls for the past 20 days. It's frustrating to see no escalation POC in the official site.

@HDFCLIFE Thanks for the response. But my customer experience with HDFCLIFE is poor. Took me 4 months to get a resolution, and it's taking another 2 months to just implement the resolution. It took 2 mins to open the policy, and it's taking 6 months to close it. I'm not recommending anyone

Hi @HDFCLIFE, Running behind HDFCLIFE Service team and escalation team regarding the grievance resolution email subject "RE:'HDFCSL=013-841-822' Policy numbers 23067709 ,23179973 ,23089670 ,22921361 ,22535983 and 22848702" for a month now with no comms. Kindly help.

@Telstra @Telstra , still waiting for Telstra to Acknowledge my DM. Another note went to Telstra tech desk and they said they can't help with this. Suggested to try changing the sim. But still the issue is persistent. I am sick of running behind Telstra for 3 months.

@Telstra @Telstracareers Complaint Ref- 48543011. I am paying 69$ per month for a mobile service with no signal/internet in the middle of the city. Unable to port to the diff. provider due to lock-in plan. Optus full signal on mobile. No proper response from customer service.

@Telstra One time, I was redirected to a tech person, who helped with resetting network settings, but it didn't help. They also disconnected the call post that without any reason. I am trying to get help for past 3 months.

@Telstra There is no way to contact, the case manager directly. I called up customer service a few times, they left a note in the case for the case manager to call back. But no response.

@Telstra Yes, 3 times he called, and helped redirect the call to technical support. But the tech person said to check something in the background. Then they disconnected the call without any notice.

@MaxBupa, this the second twit and 20th customercare/grievance request. Issue still not resolved. Took 2 mins for applying and taking 4 months for cancellation/refunds. Still no luck. Worst customer support/grievance service.
