After many days received a message saying welcome to Claude Startups and without getting a chance to redeem it, received a message saying it has been removed due to "underestimated" demand. Kinda disappointing of @claudeai .One would think a review taking that many days should qualify a company...
We didn’t anticipate the demand for the Claude Startups program. In the first 48 hours of the program, we received 21x the number of applications compared to the last 5 months it’s been live. We let way too many people in this time, so we’ll need to pause on giving out the Team

@ichelpark I intentionally changed that part of the background using H3 in Wan2GP. No separate per-frame matte or static mask. I guided the edit with the source video, reference images and prompt.
I made this for free with H3 + Wan2GP on my RTX 5080. 1080p. Running locally. My setup is now open source: FrameDam. Basically the same thing as Higgsfield Genjutsu, but for free on your own hardware. You can even edit portions of the background of the video, take a look at around 00:06. Got a more powerful GPU?
