#TeamEA have worked hard to prepare for windy weather and high spring tides over the past week brought by #StormKathleen Flood gates were closed and barriers were put up across the country to keep homes and businesses protected.
Temporary #flood barriers have been deployed today at #Newcastle Quayside ahead of expected high tides today and tomorrow. The barriers reduce the risk of flooding to 87 commercial properties on the Quayside. Check the latest here: check-for-flooding.service.gov.uk
