Since this is a huge thing for the Media… Career INTs through first 6 seasons: Manning 110 Marino 103 Elway 96 Favre 93 Brees 82 Brady 78 Josh Allen 78 #BillsMafia | #GoBills
@DaveMyersBIB Now with QBs he actually plays with …
@DaveMyersBIB Sorry, you have to compare total turnovers as Josh runs a lot and the lost fumbles also count. But your point is a good one.
@DaveMyersBIB Great call out Dave. The more people are digging up this stuff, the more you realize the talking heads just do it for clicks.
@DaveMyersBIB Show total touchdowns as well.
@DaveMyersBIB Stats dont lie! Then we will have but but but peeps
@DaveMyersBIB big bills allen supporter and his treatment by most media is unfair. that said just showing absolutely interceptions is incomplete view. what is their interception rate per number of passes attempted. that is way more indicative for comparison purposes
@DaveMyersBIB the game has changed. impossible to compare them.
@DaveMyersBIB Lamar Jackson - 45 (2.1%) Patrick Mahomes - 62 (1.8%) Deshaun Watson - 45 (2.2%) Andrew Luck - 82 (2.5%) Russell Wilson - 56 (1.9%) Ryan Tannehill - 75 (2.6%) Cam Newton - 78 (2.7%) Jared Goff - 63 (2.1%) Carson Wentz - 57 (1.9%) Derek Carr - 62 (1.9%) Josh Allen - 78 (2.5%)
@DaveMyersBIB I think the more fair thing to do is a TD to turnover ratio Allen has 220 total TDs in 6 years. That's more than all of the guys listed I dont like the turnovers but I'd rather have a QB get me 45 TDs and 18 INTs than say 29 TDs and 7 INTs
