A friend of mine, who will be following this post but wants to remain anonymous, needs help. She took her 6-month-old in Friday for her shots. She wanted to space them out, but they bullied her and said "we follow the CDC schedule and if you don't comply, unfortunately you'll have to find a new Dr". She felt pressured, scared and just decided to say Yes. She is a very non-confrontational person. Well, she seemed OK on the drive home but about an hour later she started screaming bloody murder. She tried everything to try and calm her baby girl down...she wouldn't take the breast and that's very unusual. She called her doctor's office and the nurse told her it was "normal" and to give her Tylenol. She gave the baby some infant Tylenol, and she eventually settled down in to a deep sleep. About 2 hours went by, and she suddenly felt a knot in her stomach...her mommy intuition was telling her that something was wrong. She immediately goes to check on her baby girl and the baby is turning BLUE! She stopped breathing. She immediately starts CPR and calls 911. Luckily, the paramedics arrived within minutes and by this time her color was returning. She is now in the ER where tons of tests are being run. She told them her baby was just v$ccinated, but they all said it was not possible.? She is devastated, obviously. Nobody will listen to her. Please no condescending or hurtful comments, she feels guilty enough and you can bet her child will never be v$ccinated again. She needs guidance, prayers, support and love . Shots received. hepatitis B, DTaP polio pneumococcal Hib rotavirus
@catsscareme2021 Moms: if you get bullied by a nurse or doctor in any way, shape, or form, walk out and get a new doctor. Preferably a Functional Medicine MD.
Yes, agree. They tried to bully me too. The Nurse was all smiles and sweetness until she found out my daughter was vaccine free. She goes "do the doctors here know this?" With a huge attitude. I said, yes they do and it's my personal decision as her Mom. She quickly grabbed her clip board and walked out of the room, slammed the door. They can be so rude.
@catsscareme2021 @russ62960450 What happened to my body my choice?
