Health insurance companies are stealing $83 billion from Medicare. That’s roughly 5x the amount lost in property crimes in a year. So why aren’t we talking about this crime wave, deploying the National Guard to insurance company offices, and stopping and frisking their CEOs?
@DarrigoMelanie Medicare Advantage is majorly Sketchy.
@DarrigoMelanie If u want to save $$ on Medicare, get rid of all the MC Advantage plans. More costly to administer. They randomly deny clean claims so Dr office have to fight more to get paid. They don’t crossover claims to M’Caid so we are back to paper!! Ridiculous
@DarrigoMelanie Medicare rules were written with favor towards insurance companies. There are no out of pocket limitations with medicare. And if medicare offered some dental and eye care, no one would use supplemental insurance.
@DarrigoMelanie @purgetraitors Really complex problem. Aren't these insurance companies fee-for-service contractors for administrating Medicare plans? Seems they would probably use all available means to increase fees and re-negotiate contracts for even higher fees when the time comes. 1/2
@DarrigoMelanie @Gray_is_good 90% of white collar crimes are never prosecuted. White collar crimes is 10 times the dollar amount of blue collar crime.
