Trevor Bauer... • has served his suspension • has not been found guilty of a crime • pitched well in Japan last season • dominated the Dodgers MiLB lineup • three scoreless v. the Yankees today • is seeking minimum $ • is supported by former teammates
@DanClarkSports Trevor also… • Has an active SA case against him in AZ • Settled his previous lawsiuts, so he isn’t “not guilty” either • Has serious unresolved anger issues • Has taken his anger out on his teammates, fans, and media both online and in person Why are you so obsessed
@DanClarkSports "dominated Minor Leaguers from both the Dodgers and Yankees" as if thats an accomplishment from a previous Cy Young Winner common now Dan. Lets also not forget he was sent down to Japans minors for a portion of last season as well
@DanClarkSports Bauer pitched okay against minor league players. He did not pitch against every day Dodgers players. You can root for him all you want Dan but there is a reason that no MLB team will hire him.
@DanClarkSports “Is supported by former teammates” *got traded because of immaturity*
@DanClarkSports He deserves another chance. Way worse guys (convicted of dv and multiple duis) are still in the league.
@DanClarkSports At this point, he should go back to Japan. They loved him there, he was also very successful. Become a Japanese citizen and then participate on the WBC representing Japan and beat the USA in the finals.
@DanClarkSports It's wild that every team seems to care more about being PC than winning these days...
@DanClarkSports What's getting even more insane is how both MLB's website and MLB TV app go above and beyond to avoid even Bauer's name. It's clearly not a clubhouse fit issue, not a managerial or GM issue of not wanting him, might actually not even be an ownership issue at this point.
