@FisherKingVal @AngryJackets @osgamer74 I know about the Matt Mercer effect, but Matt is vocal about not expecting other DM’s to match his style. But that’s fair. I started out with another system (CoC) so when I transitioned to DnD I was already aware of how TTRPG games ran in general, as did my players.
