@theSNP So figures from The National Records of Scotland do not reflect what's being reported here at all: 2018= 1136 alcohol-specific deaths, 2019= 1020 alcohol-specific deaths, 2020= 1190 alcohol-specific deaths, 2021= 1245 alcohol-specific deaths. So where is the 13% cut coming from??

@AaronKane18 @AidanAuthor @rosalynemf @HumzaYousaf Actually existing arrangements for the treatment and prevention of drug problems is devolved to the Scottish Government. Angela Constance was Minister for Drugs Policy from 18 Dec 2020. Elena Whitham has just been appointed.

@HumzaYousaf @NicolaSturgeon Strange that I keep finding reports such as this: "The latest annual report by National Records of Scotland show that there were 1,245 alcohol-specific deaths in Scotland in 2021, the highest number since 2008 and an increase of 55 compared to 2020.??

@dean4watford Fantastic Dean I am a FAMH trainer, all the evidence says you are 100% correct I trained 100+ people last year from different industries and they would agree, from the Shop floor worker up to H&S, & HR managers it is definitely a requirement within the workplace 👍
