@gospacecraft @TinyWriterLaura I have a fair bit, but bear in mind I'm 7 years in. I had to rest for years, and then I was slowly able to increase my activity. I can't work a standard job and work freelance instead, and I have about 4-5 active hours in a day, but that is a lot better than where I was.

@libby4000 I know this is a really annoying thing for me to say, but you have time. You're still young. Working in a way that supports my health has been so important to me. It was people on Twitter who told me to rest when I first got fatigued, and I'm so grateful to them.

@standardeel I didn't think I'd reach 30. I'm 33 now, and I haven't had a single suicidal thought in about 5 years. Having an end date can be a pressure release. It takes the hopelessness away from what feels like it will be pain forever, but there is a part of you that wants life.

@standardeel You've done a really important thing. You've paid attention to that little part of you that wants to hang on. I encourage you to find the reasons in there. The things you love, and feed them. I don't say that glibly, I spent nearly a decade chronically suicidal.
