As an athlete, some of your biggest improvements come after you swallow your pride and start accepting constructive criticism.
Don’t rely on motivation & don’t wait for perfect conditions. Most of the time you’re not going to feel like doing things that are tough or uncertain or scary, so stop waiting. You have to CHOOSE to do the hard things, CHOOSE the path that isn’t easy even when you don’t want to!

Danbury HS Cheerleading held their annual Cheer Showcase last night in the DHS G Gym. The Hatter Cheer Varsity Squad, Hatter Junior Varsity Squad & the Middle School Jr Hatter Orange & Blue Teams. Each team performed their competition routines for parents and guests. @DHS_cheer
