Exercise is another great way to combat mental health. ✨ If you don't feel like exercising, start by doing something achievable, like a 5 minute stretch! If you need a premade workout, try using the Nike Training Club app! 💜 That first stretch can inspire you to do more! 🙆🏼♀️
