@DGCAIndia On flight AI 863 from Delhi to Mumbai, the air-conditioning was not put on while on the passenger boarded by 1320 hours but full flight was kept boarded for 40 minutes in hot and suffocating condition in scorching heat. Please take notice before some life threatening event occurs
