My view: Agoumé should be on United’s midfield list. Not as the saviour. Not as the only 6. Not at any price. That’s the real point. United don’t only need the obvious big names (Wharton, Baleba, Tchouaméni). They also need smart, La Liga-tested profiles who can make those bigger pieces work. Agoumé isn’t the marquee signing. He’s the second midfield signing that can make the whole structure function.
