I'm assuming and based on your profile, you're in the marketing space. I've always wondered why marketing on Cardano lacks luster. ETH is literally the most expensive chain to do anything on but somehow they still manage to convince people to use it. Solana, well, it's easy, cheap. Cardano, for Joe next door it feels like he needs a PhD in crypto to start using Cardano. Min you I've been in Cardano for 2017.

Wouldn't you maybe conclude that it's more of a Cardano problem!? 85% of whatever on Cardano keeps sunsetting. How do you think chains like Solana got mainstream!? They paid influencers right!? But then those projects are still around, right!? But then, why!? Well, there's money in the ecosystem. So you wouldn't say they're scams if they're still around. Pump dot fun is a scam but it's still around. I'm a Cardano holder since 2017, it's literally the tech utopia with the sh*ttiest marketing and go to market strategy.

@CryptoSA99 @JaromirTesar A wallet got hacked, not the chain! Solana and ETH already have had 64+ incidents just this year. It shouldn't be normalised, and we need to do better. But we learn and move on.

I know this comment comes a bit late but - Why aren’t we keeping this truly Web3? It might not solve every overhead issue, but Flux is a decentralized cloud platform that can replace some AWS-style hosting needs and may reduce hosting costs by around 70–80% in suitable deployments. Running a Flux node could also add operational benefits, such as helping support the network, aligning the infrastructure with the Web3 narrative, and potentially creating an additional revenue stream through node rewards. The network has been running for 5 years now. We should be moving towards a united web3.

Well the whole ecosystem is worth $5.46B so technically that's all the monetary value that can be hypotheticaly lost. Again, I'm asking a simple question. Where are your awareness posts when exploits happen on other chains? An exploit is an exploit regardless of value. So if you relay cared, awareness would come in any shape or size. It may as well be the case. But that's not unique to Cardano. ETH has seen over a billion dollars in lose since it's inception.

To be honest, I’m quite exhausted. Some days I feel like Discord or another moderated communication channel is the better approach.
