@Debenhams So @Debenhams have told me that the item is 5 days delivery. They have refused to refund the delivery charge. If you know the delivery is 5 days, but charge extra to get it there earlier telling customers 4 days, you are deceiving customers for a financial gain. Be warned

Beware of the latest @Debenhams scam. There is an option to pay for faster delivery. "within 4 days" I've been told by cust services it actually means 5 working days (the same as the free delivery), despite the invoice and checkout screen clearly saying "up to 4 working days"

Then to top it off, 3 days speaking with customer services on WhatsApp. They respond every 6-12 hours & have blamed me for "my confusion" despite providing proof that the item is still 4 days delivery and my invoice says 4 days
