I just realised "The Boy who Cried Wolf" is a classic example of individuals with Narcissistic Borderline Personality Disorder. Think about it? They'll do anything for attention so they always cry Wolf. Their families grow tired of it eventually and stop caring because one can only give so much before they can no longer show empathy. This is why these kinds of individuals hunt empaths, because we can't say no to them and they know that. They know that we'll always try help. The boy who cried wolf isn't just bored or playing a trick nah He's actually desperate for people to notice him to hear the panic in their voices to feel like he exists. When nobodys looking at him he feels like hes not real and so he keeps crying out for help even though he knows what will happen. The villagers get scared at first annoyed then they just don't care anymore. That's the part that people often leave out of the story. They stopped coming to help because you can only run up that hill many times before you get tired. Being caring and empathetic can be exhausting.. When someone keeps taking advantage of it eventually you just stop feeling sorry for them. That's why it's not the wolf eating the sheep at the end that's the tragedy actually the tragedy happened earlier. It happened the time the villagers turned around and walked away without saying anything. That's why they target caring people so aggressively. We are really bad at walking from people who need help. We hear someone crying out for help and think "What if this time its real?" So we go to help every time... The person who is crying out for help knows this about us even before we know it about ourselves. They don't have to trick us cos we do the work for them by just being who we are. and tbh the only difference between the story and real life is that the wolf doesn't always show up at the end. Sometimes they just keep crying out for help. Nobody is left to listen. It's actually a sad story that those people with BPD should learn from.

@Chainless_Slave @YourFellowArab The Arab Guy is extremely intelligent but conflicted, because that's what happens on anyone's journey of seeking truth. When certain truths are realised, it's like having only some puzzle pieces, people draw conclusions based on the pieces they've found without seeing the whole picture. If you stop seeking truth, you'll be stuck there forever. But if you step back and say, "maybe there's more to discover" (which the Arab guy was alluding to but couldn't find the words for), then you start filling in the blanks and seeing the full picture. That's when your journey goes from searching to gaining clarity. They say truth is objective, but it's a paradox. Absolute truth exists, yet we humans can never realise it entirely with our limited, flawed faculties (intellect, emotions, senses). It's like trying to read Arabic when you only know English. Arabic exists, it may be in front of you, but your limited understanding stops you. Truth is not one-dimensional. To understand even one truth, you must know everything surrounding it, including proving its axioms, which is impossible due to our limited faculties. My belief is that this is the test of why we are here. Truth is a personal journey and a test to see if you're willing to set aside prejudices and discern clearly. This is why truth is hidden inside the ANA (the ego). The more you shut the ego out, the clearer your seeing glass becomes, and truth is revealed to you. We're fooled into thinking we seek or find truth using our senses and faculties, but they're flawed. Truth is in front of all our eyes, hidden in plain sight. The playing field is fair; the only variable is whether the person journeys within to scrub their looking glass. Finally, for Absolute Truth (not 1+1=2, but things requiring nuance), it is first realised then understood without words. Finding words to describe the revelation is harder than the realisation itself. Islam is a vessel for this absolute truth, a mercy from Allah to make sense of that realisation. An infinite entity cannot fit into our limited understanding, yet Allah, through infinite wisdom, has made Himself known in ways we can comprehend. That is mercy, like an adult becoming a child to bond with their children. Allah cages His infiniteness for our finite minds.
