A woman beams, joyful as she receives a free exam thanks to Cross International’s partner in the Dominican Republic, Buen Samaritano. In impoverished areas, medical care is often difficult to access. But thanks to your faithful donations, women like her can receive the care they need.
Safe water saves lives. That’s why Cross International’s partner in Nicaragua, Agros, helps girls like her get access to the safe water she needs. No more worries about drinking contaminated water. Now, she gulps happily without any fear. Praise the Lord!

Baby Kender was born two months early and struggled to gain weight. His mother tried breastfeeding, but was unsuccessful. She didn’t know what to do. But Cross International’s partner in Guatemala, Hope of Life, stepped in with the help they needed. Kender got the care and nutrition he needed while his mother learned how to properly breastfeed. Now, he is exclusively breastfeeding and steadily improving. Praise the Lord!
