I don't foresee it changing much anytime soon. My main goal right now is maintenance and support for current owners. As I settle in at work, I hope to spend more time on this project as well as some new designs 🎮

One of the things I've been working on is a pc app for customizing and uploading button layouts and response curves. You can store several layouts and curves on the controller and swap between them on-the-fly. App doesn't need to run while in-game, config stored on the 🎮
@g_wolves Schematics too or just firmware?
Cant praise this enough. Been thinking someone should do this but personally dont have the knowledge/experience with low latency wireless systems. If they open source the schematics too I will definitelty look into integrating their wirelss solution in my controllers.
We are going to launch an open source programmable wireless mouse. We have completed the design work using the 3370 sensor. Players who can program can modify the firmware code by themselves, build their own super wireless mouse, or use the firmware code shared by others.
@TylerPalanca @Cracky9011 Yep. I've been working on an interface for that the last two weeks bc right now I have to manually edit the code. You'll be able to store a couple different button load outs and stick curves and you can swap through them on the go by pressing and holding certain buttons.
Rumor has it that ReWASD is allowed in Fortnite now. If true, that's good for the future of controller getting more customizable binds and something equivalent to scroll wheel reset.
@Cracky9011 Sure but no reason. I can do anything reWASD or x360ce etc. can do. You can map keys or mouse buttons anywhere on the Cre3d controller - just send me the layout. I can even do media keys like volume or play/pause.
@TylerPalanca Keyboard players were using rewasd to emulate controller movement. If it is allowed, it would be fair to assume similar programs for controllers are allowed. It also means they're actively discussing the differences between inputs rather than just banning stuff like they have b4
@TylerPalanca I could as a one off. Would mean ordering from BattleBeaver or similar source. probably at least a $15-20 add on for both sticks. I'm not a big enough buyer to place a custom order with Alps and I have yet to find a bulk source for Kailh joysticks which are supposedly stiffer.

With this you're giving up aim assist/vector aiming for position based aim but with fewer buttons, worse ergonomics and lower mouse/aiming resolution compared to kbm/azeron. Great for casuals who want to play tactical shooters from the couch (val/csgo). Thoughts?
I love the motivation for this project but I just don't see a reason to use this over an Azeron or similar unless you're adamant about sitting on a couch. Vector based aim is what defines a controller. (1/2) youtu.be/ZaaFEWz5uaQ
