@christygh This year I got a PT who deals does my meal plan, go to the gym 4x a week and running 3x a week on top of other forms of cardio in the gym.

@christygh Changed everything. I used to drink 10+ cans of full fat coke a day, eat takeaways daily, sometimes twice a day. Started off walking after losing the initial 4 stone, then joined a gym in July last year whilst doing couch to 5K at the same time.

@bobbyegg7 Enjoy the small wins mate, they add up in the end. Don’t be too hard on yourself either, weight loss is not linear, I’ve had my ups and downs along the way.

@RichyGilmour Ridiculous mate, wearing Adidas trainers with Nike socks, same with the other two as well. Reebok and I think Dior/New Balance.

A couple of years ago, I never imagined I’d be able to run a 10K. After losing 11 stone, my wife and I are taking on the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run 10K to raise £1,100 for Cancer Research UK. If you’re able to support us, we’d be incredibly grateful ❤️ ajbellgreatscottishrun2026.enthuse.com/pf/craig-lin

I REFUSEEEE to jump on this Asics, New Balance trainer trend. Don’t matter how you wanna lace them up… 20 years ago in school you wouldn’t be seen in them trainers and now they are charging extortionate prices for them! Not on my watch… straight Nike all day!
