@DrBruggeman you and your graph glossed over/missed the star rating overhaul, which guts the member appeal path and held payors in compliance with denials for docs that knew how to use this path. High level stuff but kneecaps smart docs

@mcuban Mark-worth mentioning (and you can use claude to verify) for pharmacy and medical denials, insurance is just a TPA--an administrator! If owner demands a denial be overturned they must comply. I've done this countless times by filing an AOR
