Q. to anyone out there with moderate / severe Long Covid. What do we do now? I feel like we’ve come full circle in 4 years in terms of what is known / can be done about the illness. Pace and wait?
@CovidSolidarit1 Get through each day as best as we can. There's nothing else we can do.
@CovidSolidarit1 Pacing and waiting is all we have!
@CovidSolidarit1 I honestly don't know. Except trying the things we haven't? But for those whose income has been decimated, those things are mostly out of reach. Honestly feel like giving up today. Increasingly at the end of my tether. Everyday is like scaling mt Everest with heart failure.
@CovidSolidarit1 I am going to keep doing the next right thing. Protect myself, advocate as I can, and keep watching all the super smarties for things to try for regaining any health possible.
@CovidSolidarit1 3 full years to recover from pulmonary myocardis from Covid. Even with over a million dead. Millions more affected by Covid. The vast majority think it’s the sniffles. Unless many others are affected, things will not change. But I will avoid crowds as much as I can.
@CovidSolidarit1 Take care of ourselves as best we can given the available knowledge and resources. Respect others by doing our best to prevent transmission.
