@FNDMJesse I really hope that volume 10 onwards, her voice is more like how it was in 9. It would be so interesting thematically if Ruby shifted her voice higher to always have this bubbly personality only for it all to just be a mask / her trying to live up to what her ideal huntress is.

@umberaoi Pretty sure after the Vol. 2 fight at the CCT, she tells Ozpin and co. that the intruder used black glass, then she watched Cinder use the same bow / arrows on Pyrrha. The fight at Haven, too, and that Cinder had a mask of black glass over her eye.
