We are revisiting Larry's #murder in hopes the EL PASO POLICE DEPARTMENT will finlly arrest the cowards who committed this murder and give Keri Lebert-Duncan some closure. It is sad that no one, other than two people, have been questioned in this case. What make this worse is that Keri cannot get answers to her questions. Larry Donnell Lacy was murdered in El Paso, Texas, last year. For over a year his family has been waiting for answers from the El Paso Police Department. When Keri Lebert-Duncan, his mother, last called the #police department, she was unable to speak to the detective assigned to the case. Keri demands #justice for her son, and prays that the person(s) who took his life will be #arrested - it's sad when a #murder goes unsolved and the #family is left feeling lost and hopeless.
