Quentin Tarantino’s now-cancelled ‘THE MOVIE CRITIC’ included Brad Pitt returning as Cliff Booth. (Source: hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-n…)
@DiscussingFilm No one said CANCELLED, at ALLLLLL….
@ContentForAll @DiscussingFilm "As for The Movie Critic, originally planned to be his 10th and final film, Tarantino has simply had a change of heart and Deadline hears he will not be moving forward with the project" deadline.com/2024/04/quenti…
@__Kinsella__ @DiscussingFilm I saw, of course, but that’s not like CANCELLED for good in Hollywood, especially an auteur project.
@ContentForAll @__Kinsella__ @DiscussingFilm It's cancelled in the sense that it isn't going to be a movie. It's another work on the large shelf of his unrealized projects. However, the only way we'll likely see it as a film is if someone else directs or he gets over his 10 film rule.
@KingOfKnowhere @__Kinsella__ @DiscussingFilm Exactly…And both latter situations are incredibly possible…Or even rolled into a series, written or directed or both by him, possibly, too, since he has expressed interest in TV.
@ContentForAll @KingOfKnowhere @__Kinsella__ @DiscussingFilm That’s just wishful thinking unfortunately, as of right now we won’t be seeing this project through.
@ContentForAll @KingOfKnowhere @__Kinsella__ @DiscussingFilm The cope is crazy lmfao
