@ConcreteKeenan There is preceden. Skyway Bridge Florida 1980. They did in fact erect dolphins and constructed a solid “island” for the main pillars of the new bridge that would.
@ConcreteKeenan I just don’t get why the focus is on the bridge construction (which is somewhat valid because it was so old) when the fact remains I massive vessel like that fully loaded down loses power and can no longer steer? What it in the world kind of awful oversight is that?
