something that the online DID community doesn't talk enough about: nonverbal communication within systems- communicating in images, concepts, feelings, etc- this is completely normal and a valid way of being a system, and i think it's important we talk about things like this -

Like we know they have a part in the system, that’s why they’re here. But we don’t want them to be like that and we don’t know how to help them be better. We don’t know if we can forgive one of them because of the shit he’s done but we want him to change at least a little. 2/3
Question for systems: Do you guys have like alters in the sys that are genuinely just bad? Cause we have like two people in the sys that have said they just want to hurt the body and they do it for fun. We don’t know what to do cause they like scaring other alters and stuff. 1/3
