@cfrmthenorf @TheStoGovernor I just looked into this; apparently it was "consensual" between both parties though an inmates canNOT consent to engage in sex w/ someone in authority for obvious reasons. Her other charges are sexual contact w/ inmates, official misconduct & forgery." SMH!
