I felt people didn't read them and they take up a lot of time. I only did them for places I really wanted to work. Thank you notes, though, I always write. #CommProsChat

@bekiweki A5 (1/3) #1 resume tip... pretend like it doesn't exist. Your resume is a tool, not a strategy. Be strategic about building a support network & be at the top of everyone's, what I call, "I know a guy/girl list" -- b/c when jobs come up the 1st place managers go is their network.
