There is no such thing as an unhealthy weight. Obese people are great for the economy because they buy more food. Most often, the body self-regulates the processing of food to be as efficient as possible. Yeah, people could learn to wait 4 hours before another meal, but generally medicines should be avoided at all costs, staying natural should be the default paradigm. I'm not anti medicine, just sceptical of people using it to look 'more beautiful' and to please others.
