Parker Williams , KJTMA, 5th grader, tied for 1st place on the elementary level of the City of Glenn Heights Black History Month Essay contest. Ianna Wara, KJTMA 7th grader, was the middle school winner! Both will be recognized at a future Council meeting by Mayor Sonja Brown.

McCowan is going on a trip, in their favorite rockets ship…VIRTUALLY! Ms. AJ decided to offer the @desotoisdeagles scholars at @CSMcCowanMiddl1 the opportunity to do college tours virtually, before the break! CCMR is going to happen one way or another! 😊 Thanks, Ms. AJ!!
