@CardsJakes Deals fall through. Not the best look but-he did it by communicating. He offered alternatives. He was open & honest when he didn't have to be. It sucks, I get it & 100K is $99000 more than any deal I ever did but sometimes no one is wrong & deals just disintegrate. My 2 pennies
