I try to do this every Sunday. But I don’t beat myself up if I miss some weeks. It’s a series of questions I base off the 1 in 60 rule.
1 in 60 Rule: When a plane veers off its course by 1 degree… It misses its target destination by 1 mile for every 60 miles flown. You’re the plane. Repeatedly pushed off course. Needing constant adjustments. These questions build a map to keep you on track.
Open up your computer. (or a bottle of wine with a pen & journal if you’re classier than me) And ask yourself the deep questions. You know what’ll hit you hard. Here’s what hits me:
