One of the most significant issues I've seen in HS/AAU level sports is the lack of appreciation from ADULTS for the ADULTS who have made tremendous sacrifices FOR THEIR kids! Many players would have NO SHOT at playing at the next level if it wasn't for their HS/AAU coaches.
@CoachKurzawski If you are being paid, it’s your job. The ones in it for the right reasons don’t need to be praised or recognized. They do it for the love of the game not financial gain.
@CoachKurzawski My grandson played baseball for the same travel ball coaches for 10 years. 2/3 of the team did also! They were like family. My grandson is fully aware he would not be playing college ball without them!
@CoachKurzawski 💯 very entitled mentality out there. Sad that coaches think they have friends or respect, but are just used as a means to an end for someone’s kid then they will drop you immediately.
@CoachKurzawski Many parents have unreasonable expectations of how far their kids can go. They see coaches as a hindrance, not as someone who helps their kid's develop.
@CoachKurzawski Let's be real. AAU for 95% of HS ballers is spring/summer league.
