Good teachers make it look easy, so folks assume it is. If you’ve only ever participated as a student in a school, STOP thinking you know what it’s like to do a teacher’s job. And if you are interested, you’re in luck! America is currently short 300,000+ teachers. #DrainingJob
You don’t have to suffer in silence to show how tough you are. There is strength in asking for help. There is strength in talking to someone about your struggles. There is strength in being vulnerable. We are all going through something in our lives, so let’s support each other.

My father, a 40year Army vet died 3/14.At his funeral at Quantico was handed a certificate of service signed by Biden. My parents love Trump. I couldn't bare to hand my mom this certificate. I emailed Melania and asked if she could have her husband write something to her. Look!
As a young coach I was worried about the scoreboard. Now I realize I must first win the hearts of my players. Wins will follow. It takes empathy, trust, and dedication. Success isn't just about points—it's about unity, resilience, and the bond that fuels victory.
Crazy day today. I want to say thank you to everyone that reached out to me to congratulate me. Wanted to say thank you to Ore City for taking a chance on me. Thanks to @WkeelingKeeling for the best 14 years of coaching. Hopefully I have some good years coming up too. Go Rebels!!

When I was a younger coach, I thought the game was all about tactics. I missed the mark not investing enough in the heart of my players Now, I understand it’s also about building confidence in my players. Helping them becoming better men so they can win at life! #BuildChampions
