@ClemensZsofia Prof. Bart Kay disagrees. He argues organs are not required at all. You risk copper and zin overload by consuming organs. Muscle meat is sufficient to meet nutritional needs. D is also in fat as you know, combined with sunshine, cholesterol to activate etc.
