Many of us suffered reputational damage, loss of careers and smears in MSM for questioning lockdowns and other pandemic measures. We now know that the psychological Nudge Unit was steering public opinion. The Counter Disinformation Unit and Rapid Response Unit were censoring dissenting voices. The 77th Brigade and RAF units were spying on the British public. And large swathes of the general public, evangelised by Government propaganda, hunted down and reported those who spoke out. It wasn't an organic process, as those who supported lockdowns now claim.
@ClarkeMicah i lost £millions and my life’s business as a direct result - all for a staged pandemic
@ClarkeMicah Yet again, authorities appear to have been remarkably uninformed, conveniently so, after having repeatedly turned a blind eye to an obvious debacle over an extended period.
@ClarkeMicah They knew. It wasn’t surprising. They wanted to shut down and they were willing to accept the damage. The public was gaslighted and you were maligned. This is what it is like to live in an expertocracy when the experts encounter facts that would discredit them.
We were slandered as murderers and killers, who wanted to sacrifice the old and the "immunocompromised" (a slice of the population that had been completely ignored by the same people through every wave of respiratory illness until the newspapers told them to be very worried about them). All in a false dichotomy where the only responses available were locking everything down, or intentionally killing people with zero protective measures. I'm well familiar with this.
@ClarkeMicah Absolutely bang on, Peter. It is my raison d'etre in life going forward to keep belching volcanic acid on this subject into the faces of the mawkish and over-sensitive....
@ClarkeMicah And all we get is enquiries which pre-determine that "we just needed to lock down faster" before they even begin investigating. I'm sick of there never being any accountability or repercussions for the bad decisions of our leaders. No one even has the shame to resign.
@ClarkeMicah @RayMcGinnis7 The "we didn't know" crowd 👉👂was the "we don't listen to 'conspiracy theorists'" crowd who will ignore or ridicule us the ņęxţ țįmę a major global and historically significant event happens and is rightly questioned. Next time around, too many people will have woken up.
