what’s with the QF45 delay @Qantas @flightradar24 - runway issues?

Now boarding, yet again only 35 minutes after the 4-hour delay... @Qantas definitely living up to their standards.

@Qantas After speaking with 6 diff people & spending 4 hours mostly being on hold I now have a booking (4 me). Feel free to listen to the recordings made for “quality and safety” purposes if you wish to understand how a previously loyal customer has completely lost faith in @Qantas

Hey @Qantas How about serving champagne in business class in lounges and on plane ? After paying thousands of pounds and you serve sparkling wine !??? In profits, You made 4.6bn AUD in 3 years !!! Are you going to change this ? Lounge in Perth BTW is shocking. More like a canteen

I follow their instructions and call back only have to start from the beginning every time - now on hold yet again. What is the point of trying to be a frequent flyer with @Qantas??

@analyticflying @qantas route SYD-DFW is cursed. If you look at their schedule over the last 2 weeks you can see it is always delayed. I had a delay of 2:30h on Sunday 12 April and today is the same. The whole organisation at Sydney airport was a circus.

More disgraceful behaviour from @Qantas, which isn't just an airline but a shopping mall, health insurer, home loan company, etc. Maybe just focusing on flights and not abusing first class paying passengers would be a smarter idea? news.com.au/travel/travel-…

@Qantas seriously- you win the award hands down for slowest baggage claims. Absolutely ridiculous to physically land at 11:09am in Sydney and still waiting for baggage. What process are you following? Whatever it is - it is inefficient. 40 minutes!!!

Hey @Qantas you suck.. multiple flight delays out of Sunshine Coast, then flight cancelled. Missed connecting flight too. And to top it off a damaged bag..
