⚡️ADOPTION: DBS and Citi completed their FIRST weekend cross-border USD payment using tokenized deposits on SWIFT's blockchain. Swift’s Digital Ledger is not a public settlement chain, and it is not a stablecoin rail. It is a permissioned orchestration layer is built on an EVM-compatible architecture based on Hyperledger Besu. The Singapore-to-U.S. payment settled in minutes instead of up to two business days.

There’s a $163 BILLION problem markets are overlooking. Bank of America just warned that September can expose a critical forced-selling risk. Systematic funds have only around $9B of buying power left if stocks rise, but a downturn could trigger up to $163B in FORCED SELLING from CTAs and volatility-control funds. That’s an 18-to-1 imbalance between potential selling and remaining buying power. Also this month’s corporate buyback blackouts could remove another major source of demand, leaving the market with far less support on the way down. One bad drop could trigger a massive selling cascade.
