Imagine waiting 2 years for @CharlesChurchUK to sort your render out and this is the job they do to correct it. They cheaped out and used the wrong brand and shade of paint. It's been left like this while they 'order the correct paint' and that was over two weeks ago

So according to @CharlesChurchUK this is "fixed". Originally too short on either end of the ledge. Now the double layer has been hacked off and replaced with a single layer that doesn't hold weight - "it's not supposed to" say Charles Church, even though it used to be functional
The saga of the window ledges has been ongoing since October and they're still not sealed/watertight. "Appalling" was an independent verdict. @CharlesChurchUK will you be contributing to increased heating costs?

The latest 'fix'.... Someone came, I made them a coffee, they did one window and left never to be seen again. NONE of our windows have been sealed after the last botch job (11 weeks ago!) Well, I guess this one has now, thanks for nowt, as always @CharlesChurchUK

@CharlesChurchUK These are paper copies of all the emails it has taken to get our snags sorted. Please only buy a houses if you have time and the mental strength. I can not express how much this company has affected my mental health over the past year. We are still chasing to get bits done
Finally got some of our cover moulds fitted, a mere 16 months or so after moving in. They stayed fitted for less than a day. We reported it, start of October, no one has been back to sort, of course. FYI @CharlesChurchUK @PersimmonHomes
