En weer heeft mijn dochter bonje met Tmobile. Dit keer hebben ze zelfs een deurwaarder ingeschakeld voor een abonnement dat ze heeft opgezegd. Dit vraagt om een actie van Papa. Ik ga niet eerder die teringzaak uit voor dat opgelost is.

Wat is Tmobile een verschrikkelijke organisatie! Bij mijn dochter gewoon zonder vragen van glasvezel omgezet naar adsl, maanden geen klantvoordeel waar ze recht op had en nu een NIEUW contract dwingen of blijven op koper. Wat een honden!
