V8 JavaScript Engine: When the JavaScript code is passed to the V8 Engine, the first step it goes through is the parsing stage, where firstly lexical analysis happens, where JavaScript code is broken down into small tokens, followed by building of AST (Abstract Syntax Tree). If any error occurs in the building of the Abstract Syntax Tree, the V8 engine throws the syntax error. After the above steps, JavaScript interpreter comes into the picture (which is Ignition in case of the V8 engine), which converts the code into bytecode. However, during this phase hotspot detection happens, which means the code which is reused again and again is further passed for optimization to the compiler (Turbofan in the V8 engine) for generating optimized bytecode which is faster for execution, here we get the concept of JIT (Just In-Time Compilation Literally Got the feel of the V8 engine. @akshaymarch7

Learned about sync, async, and setTimeout concepts in Node.js. I must say @akshaymarch7 teaching is truly remarkable. Although I knew these concepts before, learning from him made me feel different. The V8 engine runs the code in a synchronous fashion, and whenever any asynchronous task comes, it assigns it to Libuv, which handles these asynchronous tasks (these tasks run parallelly). After the execution of synchronous code, these asynchronous tasks get completed and then get assigned to the global execution context in order to run the callback function in the V8 engine. Similarly, the way he explained setTimeout and how async truly works really made my mind wonder. Just try settimeout(console.log("Hi",0) and try to understand it internally, you will get to understand a lot of hidden points of async. Chalo, milte hai kal phir ek naye post se. Till then, just chill, laugh and study.

@craft_withcode Will act like I am debugging the code, jumping from one function to another. In the end, I will say it works on my machine.

When I was in college, I wasted a lot of time learning HTML and CSS. I used to constantly move from one video to another. I hope somebody would have told me that AI will advance at such a scale that I have to rarely think about syntax and more about problem solving. Doing DSA becomes more important than ever to train our mind to quickly recognise patterns.
