Following the attack on the hydra bridge on May 3rd, we took the measures to block the attacker with the stolen tokens. For this reason $CHANGE was migrated on a different contract on Ethereum. With the new snapshot and the deployment of the new smart contract, the token distribution ratio will be 1:1. 100% of wallets will get 100% of balance, except for the hacker. This means that all of your buffer, hot and cold wallets get exact same balance at time of snapshot. 🔁 CHANGE Automatic Migration — Complete The CHANGE token migration is done, and it's fully automatic — no action needed from any holder. Every CHANGE holder has received their new-contract balance in a 1:1 ratio, distributed exactly per the official snapshot: t.me/hydrachain/378… New CHANGE (Ethereum) contract address: 0x275A2ece2388333D54dCff356d0cb4b21940c2c3 ✅ MEXC is onboard and will migrate balances to the new contract automatically — exchange users don't need to do anything. In order to see your balance on Ethereum, you can open Metamask, click on the three dot icon above the asset list -> "Import Tokens" -> enter 0x275A2ece2388333D54dCff356d0cb4b21940c2c3 into Custom token Contract Address. The old contract is now deprecated. Always confirm you're using the new address above. We will be updating the Etherscan details on the old contract to reflect, but it may take a while.

We are currently in discussion with MEXC about moving CHANGE tokens from HYDRA (legacy) to ETHEREUM. Please note that all deposits and withdrawals will be suspended during the network swap. Expect further details on the date and time when this takes place. This process will not result in additional charges for end users. Some of our users and supporters may wonder why we chose to hold our tokens in MEXC on Ethereum over Hydragon. We took time to consider which option better suits Changex and the future of the CHANGE token at the time being. While we strongly support the Hydra project, we chose Ethereum because it comes with superior adoption, complete dApp ecosystem and unmatched DeFi capabilities. Note that we are aware that Ethereum is slower than Hydragon, as well as its notorious gas fee problem (particularly during peak times). So we had to strikethrough pros & cons of both options and considered Ethereum as the better option, for now. Changex will continue our strong support for Hydra and we remain open to a possible future migration to Hydragon, upon favorable market conditions and appropriate circumstances.
