Two answers to this question. 1/1: An early XCOPY. Not sure which one(s). Overall: Shockingly, the RAREPEPE token, the first Rare Pepe, the Nakamoto Card doesn't have an image anymore. Hosting expired, the URL link is dead. Owners don't own the card, they own an empty token.

By the way, there isn't even Wayback Machine for Naka card's image. This brings up some questions: 1. Why do only few know about this? Why is this information not that widespread? 2. Is valuation justified, considering most people don't know that the token is empty/blank?
