We just completed a #RootCellar upgrade to a lovely home on Metcalf St. in Guelph. As you can see from the before & after pics, we went from scary dingy to bright & beautiful. Already the root cellar is performing well with 4°C & high humidity of 75%. #RootCellaringZone

Check out this newly upgraded #RootCellar in Downtown Guelph. Great space but because it wasn't vented properly, the root cellar didn't perform very well. With 2 new vents to supply and exhaust air, this will be a fantastic space to store potatoes, garlic & other root vegetables.
Now for the roof for the pre-cast #RootCellar. Hopefully it fits! Like a glove. #RootCellaring
Lifting our concrete shed into a dug hole will create a #RootCellar for these homeowners near Neustadt. Now we just need to find the roof! #RootCellaring #FoodStorage
we're out in the country near Neustadt with a hole in the ground big enough to drop a pre-cast root cellar into. We'll need steps to get out of the hole and some stone for a retaining wall. #RootCellaring
