The ministry said in a press release, cited by Caliber.Az, that immediately after receiving information about the incident on June 5, staff from the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia were dispatched to the scene. Consular officials are currently in the city of Yeysk, where they are assisting affected and rescued Azerbaijani citizens. “The condition of the injured is assessed as satisfactory, and some of them are expected to be discharged from the hospital in the near future,” the ministry said in a statement.
