Personal update: After much reflection, I’ve decided to step down from the @safe Foundation Council and transition into an advisory role, as part of a structured process that will ultimately lead to my phase-out. This wasn’t an easy decision. But it became clear that a leaner setup is needed to move faster, align better, and support the next chapter for Safe more effectively. I'm proud of what we've built and while we didn’t get everything right, the commitment to the mission remains stronger than ever. I am grateful for the journey thus far and remain fully committed to supporting Safe’s future in whatever capacity is needed.
