High speed trains are racing across the world. But not in America cnn.it/40f5jhj
@CNN We can’t have nice things. We have BLM, Antifa, roaming mobs of teens, and general left wing rioters, arsons, and looters.
@CNN *Thanks to Obama who promised them and didn't deliver. cbsnews.com/news/obama-tou…
They are bankrupt in China. They won't be economically justifiable here either. It makes good business sense and is responsible government decision-making to avoid these expensive mistakes. Reference the Concord supersonic jets of the past and the massive amounts of money they lost before being cancelled. Lesson: don't force money losing tech for national pride reasons.
@CNN Well, they just passed the largest infrastructure bill in history… none of that was to improve our antiquated railway system? You’d think the topic would have come up from someone in Congress… right?
@CNN Who would dare ride a high speed train with Pete Buttigieg as Secretary of Transportation?
@CNN Because the trains would be filled with Americans
@CNN I'll stick with driving my massive v8 truck thanks tho.
@CNN Because the government is in charge of it. So a $500 million rail like ends up costing $20 billion. Plus it will likely never get finished on top of wasting money and increasing inflation. Have a swell day Commie News Network
