I served a Mormon mission, but am no longer practicing. To this date, I think it was the best experience for my personal development. You live a regimented, monastic lifestyle and you train yourself to deal with discomfort, speak with strangers, and deal with constant rejection. 10/10 would recommend the experience.

My guess is that this market trades cheap relative to the real probability: - crypto natives are heavily represented on polymarket relatively to others betting on this market - crypto natives are rightly prone to be skeptical of pro crypto legislation - crypto natives are likely to buy “no” as a hedge
This...my Dad was the attorney for our tribe growing up and the tribal council attacked fiscal responsibility like white blood cells warding off an infectious disease. We had about 5 good years out of a casino and never rolled that into a proper infrastructure or economic development. What it comes down to is that a shockingly high percentage of people rotate in and out of the "1%" by income over their lifetime. And a shockingly small percentage of people figure out how to stay in the "1%"

I think the most alt crypto + AI trade isn’t that crypto becomes the rails for agentic finance. It’s that we realize that we’ve invested trillions into commoditized AI models…and when inference goes to near zero on a per token basis the US government will have to bail out all of the public investors who are top blasting the AI build out investment cycle. This. We need CLARITY to pass...it allows good actors to follow defined rules of the road and build a business. The fact that our legislators have been actively seeking to push the industry off-shore to unregulated jurisdictions is the problem. To then hold back the industry because of problems caused by lack of legislative clarity is a VERY bad argument.
