After disconnecting from technology and spending time with family and friends for the holiday season it feels right to say Happy Holidays to all!
The magic of the holiday season isn’t over until the last holiday wish.
Merry Everything & Happy Always
“We aren’t about avoiding difficult thoughts…we will acknowledge them.
Ask our students and ourselves - can we hold space for the next step and take action towards our values?”
#CEC125#SpecialEducation#Worry
Stick to the facts of worrying.
Ask yourself, is it true? Is it helpful?
Allow the facts to help guide you and don’t let the worry dictate your reponse.
#CEC124#SpecialEducation
Myth! “To create a better life we must get rid of our worries”
It’s a balance and we can learn how to manage it and react to it.
#CEC124#SpecialEducation
Wow! We love they we are hearing real examples for our attendees. Examples is how we learn, connect and grow!
The more we share the more we learn!
#CEC124#SpecialEducation
“Worry can lead to stress on our body that is not helpful to our students”
It is important that we can recognize it and find ways to support our students to improve their access to education and wellbeing
